The Mid-Capital Alliance has invited Avalon Capital as its periodic guest participant from Israel to its weekly forum. Middle-Market investment banks from across Europe, India and the US convene on a weekly basis to review cross border M&A opportunities as well as analyze targeted industries and market trends. This open dialogue with "Partner Firms" enable local banks to gain access to a wider buyer universe, thereby greatly increasing the likelihood of a successful transaction.
